Ordering

Orders ship within 3 days (72 hours) of being received, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. A 5.00% sales tax is charged on all orders made from Virginia (billing address on credit card or PayPal account).

Security

Our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number number), which is encrypted and protected with GeoTrust SSL 128/256-bit encryption software. SilverEnvelope.com does not store credit card number information. When ordering online, this information is sent directly to the authorizing banks.

Coupons

Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of your order. Coupons, discounts, or special offers will not be applied to orders that have been placed. Limit 1/coupon/customer.

Cancellations

After you have clicked "Pay," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call our Customer Service Department at +1 949.681.8292. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
