Orders ship within 3 days (72 hours) of being received, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Shipping Options
Shipping times indicated in the table below are from the time orders are shipped. These times are only an estimate provided by our carriers. We strive to process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Once a package enters a mail system like UPS or USPS, we have no control over delays that might take place. We do, however, work diligently to keep you updated on the status of your shipment via email updates.
Shipping prices are determined by weight, destination, and shipping method chosen. To get an idea of the shipping price for a specific order, shop for the products in our store, add them to your basket, and click checkout. On the summary screen you can view shipping options and their prices in the "ship via" dropdown-list.
Shipping to Chicago
Orders ship from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO. UPS Ground reaches most destinations in the Chicago area in 1 business day.
USPS First-Class Mail Weight Limit
If your package is 13 ounces or less, USPS First-Class Mail will appear as an option in the 'shipping' list during checkout. If your package weighs more than 13 ounces, you can use USPS Priority Mail or UPS shipping options.
$5.00 Flat Rate
We are pleased to offer a $5.00 flat rate shipping option on any size order shipped within the United States (excludes HI and AK). This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons or be used for wholesale orders. $5 Flat Rate orders are shipped standard mail and are not trackable.
Non-Trackable Shipments
We do not offer tracking for USPS First-Class and Priority Mail (Domestic and International) and USPS Express International shipping services. By choosing any of these services, you acknowledge that once your package enters the USPS system, we cannot track its location and are not responsible if the package is lost.
International
We ship to almost every country in the world including USA, Canada, UK & Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
The First-Class International shipping option is only available on shipments weighing less than 4 pounds. If your shipment weighs less than 4 pounds, then this shipping option will be available during checkout.

Customs and Duty Tax on International Orders
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed, they are collected from the recipient. Silver Envelope and SilverEnvelope.com is not responsible for any customs, duty or other fees associated with international shipments. If you'd like to return or exchange items purchased through our website, please e-mail us before mailing your package with the following details:

Once we receive this information, we will e-mail you a return-authorization code which you must include with your return. After you mail your package, be sure to e-mail us the tracking number so we know when to expect your return. Products purchased through SilverEnvelope.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (upon approval).
Returned products must be: » in their original packaging with barcode » in their original, unused condition » returned via the mail service of your choice, with tracking » received within 20 days of delivery. It is up to the discretion of Silver Envelope to accept or not accept any returns 20 days after delivery.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
