Changing an Order
After you have clicked "Pay," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To update the billing address, shipping address, item quantities etc or cancel your unshipped order, please call our customer service department at +1 804-591-0110. Most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes.
Important: Orders that have entered the shipping process cannot be modified.
Orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Michigan. Orders placed on the weekend will ship within the following 2 business days.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. A 5.00% sales tax is charged on all orders made from Virginia (billing address on credit card or PayPal account).
Our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number number), which is encrypted and protected with GeoTrust SSL 128/256-bit encryption software. SilverEnvelope.com does not store credit card number information. When ordering online, this information is sent directly to the authorizing banks.
Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of your order. Coupons, discounts, or special offers will not be applied to orders that have been placed. Limit 1/coupon/customer.

If you'd like to return or exchange items purchased through our website, please e-mail us at Orders@SilverEnvelope.com before mailing your package with the following details:
» order number and date
» item(s) you wish to return (item name, barcode, quantity)
» reason for return
Once we receive this information, we will e-mail you a return-authorization code which you must include with your return. After you mail your package, be sure to e-mail us the tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
Products purchased through SilverEnvelope.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (upon approval).
Returned products must be:
» in their original packaging with barcode
» in their original, unused condition
» returned via the mail service of your choice, with tracking
» received within 20 days of delivery. It is up to the discretion of Silver Envelope to accept or not accept any returns 20 days after delivery.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Note: There is a $10.00 service fee charged to orders returned without a return-authorization.
